袀 (zūn)
1. Military uniform of the same style and color, as in "the six armies wear the same uniforms."
2. Pure and single.
Noun: Military attire. As cited in "Guangyun," it states: "袀, it refers to military clothing."
Adjective: Same, uniform, or pure.
- In "Lüshi Chunqiu," it is noted: "Now the military uniforms are restored, and there is no difference on the left and right."
- Han Dynasty commentator Gao You explains: "袀 is the same. There is no distinction in military uniforms, hence it is called 袀服."
- In "Han Shu," it mentions: "At that time, Wang Mang wore a dark blue military uniform with a seal belt."
- Tang Dynasty commentator Yan Shigu notes: "袀 means pure."
