霫 Stroke Order

霫 1. Rain. 2. A branch of a minority ethnic group in Northeast China during ancient times, residing north of the Huangshui River (now the Xilamulun River) during the Sui and Tang dynasties, and later migrating south of the Huangshui River. They were associated with the Xianbei ethnic group.
