効 Stroke Order

「効」: 1. Same as "效". 2. To imitate or follow. In the "Book of Songs, Lesser Odes, Deers' Call": "I have esteemed guests, whose virtuous words are widely known. The gentleman observes the people and does not neglect them; this is how he sets the example." 3. To confer or appoint an official position. In the "Zuo Zhuan, Chronicles of Duke Zhao, Year 26": "King Xuan had intentions, and then he conferred official positions."
