燖 Stroke Order

燖 [xún] 1. 用火烧熟。 (To cook using fire.) 2. 古代祭祀用的煮得半熟的肉：“祭礼有腥、燖、熟三献。” (Meat partially cooked for ancient sacrificial rites: "In sacrificial ceremonies, there are offerings of raw, boiled, and fully cooked meat.") 3. 方言，用开水烫后去毛：扬汤燖毛。鸭毛不燖不净。 (Dialect: To scald with boiling water to remove hair: "Scalding to remove hair."
