Currently refers to two types of fish: one is "带鱼" (hairtail), and the other is "凤尾鱼" (also known as "刀鱼", knife fish). 2. 魛 dāo [Noun] Refers to "刀鲚" (Coilia ectenes). A type of fish in the Coilia genus, with a flattened body, elongated tail, silver-white color, and large terminal mouth. It schools in spring and summer to migrate upstream for spawning and returns to the sea after spawning.
