窥 (kuī) 1. 从小孔、缝隙或隐蔽处偷看。 To peep or spy from a small hole, gap, or concealed place. 例如:窥探 (peep; spy);窥伺 (watch secretly);窥测 (observe through a gap);窥视 (peek). 管窥蠡测 (to have a narrow vision; unable to comprehend deep and profound principles). 2. 暗中察看。亦泛指观看。 To observe secretly; also refers to watching in general. ([En.] peep; spy) 例如:窥觑 (to steal a glance);窥瞰 (to peep; to watch secretly);窥欲 (to covet secretly). 3. 观察,侦探。 To investigate; to pry about.
