Same as the original meaning; synonymous with "媿" (ashamed). 同本义。同“媿” ([En.] ashamed) 3. Insulting others; causing shame. 折辱人;使羞惭 ([En.] ashame) 4. Blame others for wrongdoing. 责人罪咎 ([En.] blame) 【引】 1. "Li Ji · Ru Xing": Minor matters should be treated with shame. 2. "Shijing · Da Ya · Yi": Not unashamed of a leaking roof. 3. "Shijing · Xiao Ya · He Ren Si": Not ashamed before others. 4. "Wei Shu · Lie Nu Zhuan": Though my face is ashamed, my heart is not guilty. 5. "Shi Ji · Zhang Er Chen Yu Lie Zhuan": Even if he does not kill me, am I not guilty in my heart? 6.
