1. An ancient unit of weight, with six "铢" equal to one "锱", and four "锱" equal to one "两".
2. Extended meaning, referring to something very small.
3. There are differing interpretations, being equal to 6 "铢", 8 "铢", 12 "铢", 6 "两", or 8 "两" respectively.
