聋 lóng
1. Deafness; inability to hear sounds.

2. Stupid; ignorant of reason.
Example: 聋聩 (deaf or congenital deafness; metaphorically, ignorant and unaware). 聋昧 (deaf and blind). 聋瞢 (deaf and blind).
